  1. Does it cost anything to join? No, affiliate partner accounts are free. There are no initial or ongoing fees for the E&W Partner Program.

  2. What is the E&W Affiliate Partner Program? It is an Affiliation program that allows you to add affiliate links on your website to link to E&W Destination Experts Destinations, Tours, or Hotels home pages as well as directly to certain tours and hotels you are interested in selling. When visitors from your site click through to eandwalkabout.com t and book a specific tour or hotel you earn a commission.

  3. How will my Affiliate Partner Pages Look? When you fill out the sign-up form you will be asked questions on how you would your page display. Page colors can be customized with 1 background color, 2 page display colors, and 2 link colors. The page format can have a Private-Label Header, Footer, Left-side and Right-side Menus. If you do not want to change colors or have a private label page then you can just have our default page display, just select the options you would like to have. At the time of filling in the sign-up form if you do not know your display preferences, you can leave it blank and then set preferences for color and display once the account has been created.

  4. Where do I get my Affiliate Links? Once we have created your account you will be provided with login details to access a private section of our website. To collect links you have to go to the HTML / XML Links section in the Menu item "Marketing Tools" in your dashboard online. Here you will see a list of all our tour and hotel links with HTML code that you can copy and paste into your website, as well we offer XML Feed. For further instructions refer to the Links section once you have been assigned an account.

  5. Do you offer XML feed for Affiliates? Yes, you will find all the details for our XML feeds in the HTML / XML Links Section of the Marketing Tools.

  6. How are my Affiliate Links tracked? Once you have added your personalized affiliate links to your website every time a visitor clicks through to our site it is tracked by using cookies and checks for your AffiliateID in our database online. You will see in your affiliate URL links it contains a value AF- this is your AffiliateID that has been assigned to you. We keep track of all Click-Thrus/Visits which can be seen in the Click-Thrus/Visits section. When a visitor books a tour or hotel with us the details of the booking will appear in your dashboard.

  7. How do you process my client´s payments? If a visitor has come from your site and books with us they make payments directly to us and must be made in EUROS by *Credit Card (*Visa World-wide or European MasterCard) through our bank´s online secure payment gateway. Other payment methods are by Bank Wire. Details are provided to the visitors when they book and go through the checkout page. We bill and invoice your client directly and then pay out the commission to you after the services have been completed. For further info on this subject see our overview.

  8. How much commission do I make? Commission starts at 5% up to 10% depending on sales (excluding taxes and fees) for all tours listed and customized tours. For hotel-only bookings we offer 3% up to 5%( excluding taxes and fees) commission.

  9. How and when are commissions paid? Commissions are paid by bank wire or PayPal in EUROS, you can decide at the time of signing up for an account the best way for you to receive payment. Commissions are paid out according to the top payment hold amount you choose at the time of registering. You will receive a Commission Pay Out Report by email when payments are ready to be paid. There is no minimum amount before commissions are paid, you choose to set an amount for payout (eg. 50, 100, 500, 1000, etc...). When you receive the payout report you must then make a receipt or invoice for the amount of commission earned in the payout. Once you have the invoices/receipts ready then email them to us as a Word.doc or Adobe.pdf. We will then proceed to pay your commission by bank wire or PayPal.

  10. How can I keep track of commission earned? Online in your dashboard, there is a Commission Report where you can see all commissions earned of bookings and if they have been paid or not paid.

  11. What about cancellations and refunds? If a client cancels a booking, if we have to refund an amount due to any circumstance, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account commission payouts will be adjusted for those bookings and you will not earn commission in these circumstances.

  12. What if my repeat clients contact directly to you and not through our Affiliate Links? Once your client has booked with us for the 1st time we register them a CustomerID which is linked to your AffiliateID in our database, so when a client of yours comes back to us for another booking we know that it is your client and the commission is paid out accordingly.
