Our True Flavour Journeys are a collection of special small group tours that are personally led by our founder Sean O´Rourke. After 25+ years of designing boutique food, wine, and walking tours we have decided to create a collection of tours visiting destinations that have stolen our hearts and palates! Our first gastronomic journey will be to the Madeira Islands, Portugal in November 2024.
The Interceltic Festival of Morrazo is a folk music festival held in the fishing village of Moaña, located in the province of Pontevedra, Galicia, Spain and part of the O Morrazo Peninsula. This festival is more than 20 years old. Apart from the local Galician folk music bands other artists from all over the world participate at this music festival from Scotland, Northumbria, Ireland, Canada and Brittany. This year takes place on the 29th, 30th, and 31st of July. We will take you virtually to the amazing festival!

Access per person to the spa pool with natural light, sit back and listen to the relaxing background music, water dispenser to hydrate, and a large relaxation area where you can sit or lie down. This spa thermal circuit includes underwater bubble massage beds, spa waterfalls, bubble baths, counter-current spa pools, a geyser, underwater massage bubble seats, a jacuzzi, and hot tub jets. Also included are: Roman baths, Finnish Sauna, Bi-Thermal Shower, Hamman (Turkish bath), and Revitalizing Ice Grotto. The duration of the Spa Thermal Circuit is 1hr. and 30mins. consecutively. The use of a swimming cap and swimsuit is mandatory. The Spa will provide a towel and non-slip flip-flops.
Enjoy a special gourmet 4-course tasting menu prepared by Chef Carla Alvarez. Savor the fresh fish and seafood from Vigo Bay, in addition to locally sourced produce, meats, cheese, etc... from the O Morrazo Peninsula. A flavourful experience for your taste buds!
