Javier Rico has been the chef of the Porta Coeli Restaurant from 2003, but he worked there from 1989. He is a great expert on Andalusian cuisine, having represented it in prestigious gastronomic competitions all over the world.

We recommend starting with a tasty carpaccio of grouper and salmon with virgin olive oil and Modena vinegar, followed by an exquisite back of cod in all-i-oli on a bed of confit tomato, a symphony of duck (magret, liver, confit and ham), in its different flavours or a crisp panini of mantecado with peach coulis and rain of caramelised almonds.
